St. Maries High School Chapter

Application for Selection

  • To apply you must be in Grade 10, 11 or 12 with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
  • You must currently be enrolled in a math, science and one of the following: Honors, Advanced Placement or Dual Enrollment class.
  • You must have attended St. Maries High School for a minimum of one complete semester.
  • Complete all sections.
  • Do not be modest! This is a time to share your accomplishments. If you need more space to complete any section, attach another sheet.
  • This completed form must be submitted in person to Mrs. Peet no later than 3:00 pm on April 10th. Any form submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  • The St. Maries Honors Council will carefully consider all the information you provide as they conduct the selection process. After completing this administrative information section, do not put your name on any other page of this application. All applications are judged anonymously.
  • Completion of this application form does not guarantee selection to join National Honor Society.
