Principal’s Message

I want to first thank this community for all it has given me throughout life.  I am a proud 1995 graduate of St. Maries High School and value the experiences and memories of my high school years.  It is our mission to give those same opportunities to our students.  

The foundation of our building rests upon high expectations, community involvement, and forming relationships.  I challenge all of our students to operate with the highest character and put forth their greatest effort in all that they do.  SMHS has a rigorous academic environment to meet the needs of all students.  Our staff firmly believes that knowledge is power.  All students are encouraged to utilize this knowledge to set themselves apart once they leave our system.  We also offer a variety of extracurricular activities to keep our students engaged outside of the classroom.  All members of our school family are welcome to try something new and challenging.  Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, take on leadership roles, or expand your circle of friends.  

I am honored to be just one piece in the lives of our faculty and students.  Welcome to St. Maries High School. Go Jacks!
